Citizen Designer was a project based on a cause. It needed to be controvercial and raise awareness
to the public on a real issue. The topic I chose was American Prison Systems.
The Score is a non profit organization whose primary mission is to raise awareness of the American
prison systems, policies, regulations and what we as citizens can do to improve the systems, reducing
repeat offenders.
The organization also provides information on what we as a community can do to be vigilant and keep
our families safe when prisoners are rleased, as well as the importance of rehabilitation making a smooth transition upon release.
